Today I did a quick video because the energies have been really intense lately. I’ve posted it on social media but I wanted to share it here as well so that everyone can have access to it.
The purpose of this video is to show you a couple of tricks that I use to try to calm the energy down a little bit that comes at us…especially that psychic energy that we pick up from other people and from out in the collective.
These methods that I show you will help you temporarily unplug from the grid so that you can have some down time. Basically we are closing down our chakras, aka little energy centers, so that we can have some peace and quiet. This is especially important if you’re feeling energetically “fried”, overwhelmed, angry and exhausted. Try any or all of these methods and then get outside in the fresh air for a walk in nature.
Also know that these tricks can be used on any of your chakras. Let me know if any of these work out for you. They sure have helped me and can be done on a moment’s notice anytime of the day or night. 🙏💗💫
